Spring in Harbin Hits Different 🧡

Took the high-speed train from Shenyang and made it a full day in this charming northern city.

🍽️ First stop: a feast of local flavors — think crispy Guo Bao Rou (锅包肉), hearty Di San Xian (地三鲜), classic Xiao Ji Dun Mo Gu (小鸡炖蘑菇) & refreshing Liang Pi (凉皮). Every bite was love.

🚶♀️Then walked off lunch with a scenic stroll along the Songhua River, all the way to Zhongyang Street.
🛍️ Quick detour at Daoli Market, and of course — had to check off the iconic Saint Sophia Cathedral.

🍲 For dinner, any local Tie Guo Dun (铁锅炖) spot will do — rustic, flavorful, and oh so satisfying.

💆♀️ Ended the day with a relaxing soak at a northeastern bathhouse (东北洗浴) — clean, warm, and the most local way to wind down.
