Parking - There is ample parking available inside the temple.
Atmosphere/Location - Phra Prang Sam Yot is located in Wat Khok Saman Khun. It is a beautiful Buddha image surrounded by a fence. On the left and right front are statues of the giant Wat Chaeng.
Thotsakan (green body) and in front are statues of Brahma and Ganesha, golden figures for worship. Please remove your shoes before entering Phra Prang Sam Yot. Inside, on the left and right sides of the prang, you will find a large Buddha image. In the center is a large principal Buddha image, with a footprint of the Lord Buddha in front.
In the center of the corridor is a replica of Luang Pu Thuat walking on fresh sea water, embedded in the wall. The interior wall decorations are beautifully patterned. This is another must-see attraction in Hat Yai.
During the holidays, it is crowded with Thai and foreign tourists. Rent traditional Thai clothing at the shop next to the temple grounds for photos. The Phra Prang Sam Yot is a popular tourist attraction.
Average price per person: Admission is free for Thais, while admission is 60 baht for foreigners.
