Since Hikone is such a small city, you might be having a hard time choosing between two hotels near the station.

I recommend Toyoko Inn☺️.

Since it's located behind the station, it's not only quiet but also offers a stunning view🌉.

With weekday rates dropping to around 50,000 won, it's a truly great value hotel.

While it's a Japanese hotel, you have to accept the small size, the bathrooms are clean, and the location, just a 3-minute walk from the station, made it a truly satisfying experience.

The complimentary breakfast was also a real treat😋☕️.
