This year’s timing was spot on!
Most of the cherry blossoms at Hirosaki Park are already in full bloom, creating an absolutely dreamy scene 🌸✨.
Some varieties are still in the budding stage, so if you’re planning to visit during the Golden Week holidays, you should still catch a beautiful view!

📍 Best Photo Spot Tip
Enter from the South Gate and just head toward where you see crowds crouching with their cameras — that’s the spot! (lol)
The view there is perfect for capturing the stunning reflections of the illuminated sakura at night 🌙🌸.

🚎 Transport Info
During the Sakura Festival, a special JR shuttle bus is running from Hirosaki Station to the East Gate of Hirosaki Park!
One-way fare: only 150 yen
Service extended until 8:00 PM (20:00)

🍢 Foodie Tip
There are tons of food stalls inside the park now — grilled skewers, takoyaki, Japanese sweets... so much to try!
