This is the view from the bath at Hotel Livemax PREMIUM Hiroshima, a hotel near Hiroshima Station. Not only can you enjoy natural hot springs, but you can even see the Shinkansen from the bath. While it's not a particularly spacious bath, soaking in the hot spring while overlooking the station is a unique experience.
