Hita Michelin-starred teppanyaki restaurant with a graceful river view🥩

A wonderful steak listed in the Michelin Guide❤️ "Steak Saryo Wakura"

Enjoy teppanyaki dishes such as Ozaki beef while watching the babbling of the Mikuma River and the birds flapping their wings.

Dinner is available from around 6,000 yen, and they also serve lunch, which is a nice touch.

The tender steak is cooked in two batches at the perfect timing and is served with Sicilian rock salt, ginger and apple sauce, and yuzu pepper.
On this day, we also had a rillette of locally caught venison😋
To finish off, we had Kusu rice grown using the Spot-billed Duck Farming Method.

We moved to another room to enjoy sweets at a lovely cafe.
