🌸🍜 Ho Chi Minh City – My Third Time, Still Peaceful & Delicious

(3 Days, 2 Nights)

Day 1:
Landed in the afternoon and headed straight to a local spot for phở. After that, visited Vinh Nghiem Pagoda — calm, beautiful, and full of incense. Finished the day with some bánh xèo and fresh coconut juice. Simple, perfect.

Day 2:
Morning started with a visit to Jade Emperor Pagoda — such a peaceful space in the middle of the chaos. Got some blessings, took some photos, then dove straight into a street food crawl: bún thịt nướng, gỏi cuốn, chè — yes, I tried almost everything 😋
Ended the day walking through Nguyen Hue Street, feeling full in every way.

Day 3:
Quick stop at Thien Hau Temple in Chinatown before heading to the airport. Grabbed my last cà phê sữa đá and bánh mì for the road. Third time in Saigon, and I still found peace in the pagodas and happiness in the food.
