🌟Day 1:
Inner Mongolia Museum
Our journey started from the Inner Mongolia Museum. It not only displays rich ethnic minority cultural relics, but also tells the history of grassland civilization.

Dazhao Wuliang Temple
The silver Buddha, dragon carvings and murals here are all genuine ancient monuments with exquisite craftsmanship and are worth seeing. The white pagoda outside the temple is also a great place to take photos!

Saishang Old Street
You can buy various Inner Mongolia specialties and handicrafts. But if you want to taste delicious food, I recommend going to Kuanxiangzi.

Xilituzhao Temple
Also known as Xiaozhao Temple, there is a big white pagoda here!

Wuta Temple
Closed on Tuesdays, there are few people on weekdays, which is very suitable for taking photos.

Baoerhan Pagoda
You can feel its grandeur from a distance. It is a tall Bodhi pagoda where many believers and citizens will circumambulate and pray.

The Grand Mosque is very close to Kuanxiangzi. The overall architectural style is unique, with green and black and gray tones. You can take a stroll along the way.

Kuanxiangzi Food Street
Kuanxiangzi Food Street is very lively at night, with rows of red lanterns hanging from the ceiling and neon signs on the street, giving you a cyber atmosphere when taking photos!

🌿Day 2:
Red Stone Cliff
Today we will leave the hustle and bustle of the city and experience the vastness of Inner Mongolia. Red Rock Cliff mainly features hills, grasslands and pastures, and you can also ride horses! Remember to wear more clothes, the wind is very strong in the mountains and the temperature is much lower than in the city!

Chi Le Chuan Grassland
A place where "the sky is vast, the wilderness is boundless, the wind blows the grass low and you can see cattle and sheep." It is a large grassland and it would be beautiful to visit here in summer.

General's Office
Closed on Mondays, this was the General's Office established during the Qing Dynasty, governing the north and south of the desert. There are cultural relics and memorial halls inside, where you can learn about the history of Hohhot.

🍲Food recommendation
- Zecheng Lamb Boiled in Ice: Lamb cooked with ice cubes has a springy and crispy texture and no mutton smell. The special soup base tastes very special. The more the lamb is cooked, the more flavorful it becomes.
- Lao Suiyuan Shaomai: A must-try mutton shaomai when visiting Inner Mongolia! The scallion siu mai is a must-order, the portion is huge. There is also passion fruit fried rice yogurt, which is refreshing, non-greasy and chewy.
- Jinge Tieqi Iron Hat Barbecue: A very distinctive local barbecue in Inner Mongolia. The grill pan is in the shape of an iron hat, and the barbecued meat tastes a bit like the old Beijing barbecue.
