Chill and delicious special restaurant

This restaurant is very famous in Tai Po. I came here once before but couldn't eat without a booking🙁. This time book a seat and come early to eat, it's already full by around 7pm🤫!


Its dinner is good, a main course with appetizers and drinks are 148, some options have to pay extra. For appetizers, I chose a slow-cooked chicken breast Caesar salad🥗 and a rich soup (mushroom soup)🍄, which were served in soup bowls, so the salad portion felt a bit small, but the chicken was tender and tasted good, and the mushroom soup was quite strong.


For the main course, I chose this black truffle porcini cheese pizza. The pizza is not bread pizza texture🍕, but very thin and crispy. There are a lot of mushrooms on top 🍄🍄, and they are very fragrant, plus the cheese is baked until crispy and delicious 🧀.


Hong Cheng Wagyu burger can choose how mature 🍔, we selected 70%, so the inside is still a bit pink, quite fragrant beef flavor. The burger is very thick and very eye-catching. Coupled with fresh tomatoes 🍅, salad vegetables and fried onions 🧅, it feels quite fresh, it would be better if there was more sauce.


There are 6 honey Grapefruit Crispy Fried Chicken Wings🐔, which are relatively thin fried skin, quite crispy, the chicken inside still has juice dripping out. There is a layer of honey grapefruit sauce on top. It tastes sour and not too greasy, but eating slowly will make the skin soft.


This place is quite good overall, and the decor is quite special. I saw someone at the next table celebrating a birthday🎂, in addition to ordering dessert can write, there are also fairy wands🕯, sparkling wine and instant free🥂, next time come here to celebrate is good.
