Explore the various art exhibitions, attend performances, and participate in workshops at Henan Art Center. The center regularly hosts both contemporary and traditional art shows, music, and dance performances.

The Henan Art Center is located in the core CBD of Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Designed by internationally renowned Canadian designer Carlos Ott, the center draws inspiration from the shapes of unearthed Henan instruments: pottery xun, stone panpipes, and Jiahu bone flutes. The art wall design is inspired by the rolling waves of the Yellow River.
The building is composed of five ellipsoidal structures and two rising, curling art walls. These structures house an 1,800-seat Grand Theater, an 800-seat Concert Hall, a 300-seat Multi-Purpose Theater, and an Art Gallery. The five ellipsoidal structures are inspired by the shapes of the 6,500-year-old pottery xun, an ancient musical instrument unearthed in Henan Province.
The Grand Theater's most striking feature is its Central Plains atmosphere and user-friendly design. The Concert Hall, a dedicated venue for large-scale symphonies, seats 800. The Small Theater, with a capacity of over 380, is suitable for a variety of performances, including short plays and musical recitals. The Art Museum, located in the South District, primarily collects and displays modern and contemporary art treasures and sculptures.
