Good food with a great view

I passed by Gold Coast Mall with my friends before and found that there are many high-quality restaurants. I brought my mother to try it today. It was a completely different world at night and at noon. It was so chill and relaxing!

We chose a Vietnamese restaurant with a unique layout, full of lamps, rattan and other decorations and furnishings, and spacious and comfortable seats. It was very comfortable.

Charcoal grilled pork belly skewers $78/2pcs ~ Served with peanut fish sauce caramel sauce, and plenty of fresh vegetables, not too greasy, the meat is tender and the fat becomes soft after grilling, very satisfying!

Deep-fried soft shell crab with mango rice paper roll $118 ~ Peanuts, bay leaves and avocado are used with crispy soft shell crab, and a lot of crispy vegetables are wrapped in thin rice paper... my pseudo-Vietnamese favorite!

Vietnamese Honey Pomelo Salad with Grilled Shrimp $138 ~ An appetizer salad with sweet and sour pomelo, crispy shredded cabbage, mint leaves, and fresh and crisp grilled shrimp, served with sweet coconut sugar fish sauce. I love it, one of the must-orders when eating Thai food!

Wok-fried Angus beef tenderloin cubes and roasted beef marrow $228 ~ served with tomatoes, red onions, garlic, and black pepper sauce! I love beef marrow, and my mom loves beef tenderloin cubes. Everyone has their own preferences, and we satisfy everyone's wishes at once! The beef tenderloin cubes are big, and no tenderizer is used. You can taste the beef flavor, and the meat is soft and smooth! The beef marrow is very soft and smooth, and full of flavor!

Signature Crab Meat Fried Rice $158 ~ Chinese sausage, cabbage, and coriander fried together! Huge amounts of crab meat, sweet Chinese sausage, crispy cabbage, and rice fried until dry, great!

Finally, I ordered a Berry Punch $60 & Hot Lemon Basil $45, perfect!
