There are many restaurants and eateries on the top floors of Times Square in Causeway Bay. If you want to eat multinational cuisine🍽, there is always one that will suit your taste. Tonight is another happy Friday🎊, of course I have to find another high-end restaurant to relax, gorgeous, fashionable, elegant and full of romance🕯.

Xiang 11 is a high-end restaurant serving Japanese and Western cuisine. The chef 👨🏻🍳 uses innovative cooking techniques to highlight the original flavor of the ingredients, presenting a variety of fresh, delicious and novel dishes. Many of them are pre-table Japanese teppanyaki, which is one of the signature dishes. If you love teppanyaki, you can't miss it! The restaurant is worth recommending in terms of environment, service and food❤️.

🔸pine. Sashimi box $298
One serving includes a variety of sashimi: scallops, octopus, red snapper, prawns, pond fish, and hamachi. All are fresh and shiny. The scallop sashimi is my favorite!

🔸Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad $186
The smoked salmon is salty and fresh, while the romaine lettuce is crisp and refreshing.

🔸Tomato Seafood Risotto $258
Super rich and filling Risotto, with ingredients including: fresh prawns, squid, mussels, clams, and fish fillet. Each mouthful of rice absorbs the essence of seafood and is very delicious.

🔸Roasted whole French spring chicken $288
A small whole spring chicken, tender meat and full of black pepper aroma. Electric cream hash browns & side dishes, the whole dish is delicate and beautiful.
