Working on Saturday, too tired to cook after work, so I decided to buy takeout from the roast shop downstairs.

Coincidentally, the takeout single/double combo meals are on special! Only $32 with a complimentary soup, such a great deal!!

I ended up buying roast ribs + roast pork, char siu + soy sauce chicken, and roast duck + soy sauce chicken. Highly recommend the roast ribs, they are salty, fresh, sweet, and tender with a rich flavor!

Half a roast duck for $75
A super large box full of meat, very worth it! The skin is crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, not bad!!

Half-fat char siu regular $80
The half-fat char siu is well-balanced between fat and lean, the meat is rich and not greasy, with a tender texture. It's not just fat, the meat flavor is strong and aromatic, soft and smooth, and the honey sauce at the bottom makes it even more delicious. Plus, it has my favorite charred edges, perfect!

Big Brother Sub $40
A soft bun filled with two large slices of char siu, cheese, and a fried egg, very rich in layers and quite innovative!
