Sheung Shui Plaza Japanese Cuisine

There are several eateries on the 5th floor of Sheung Shui Plaza. I went to Eidon for dinner. The restaurant specializes in Japanese cuisine, offering donburi, udon, and fried snacks. The prices are reasonable, and the taste is quite good!

There are two large, thick hamburger patties, bursting with juicy flavor. One even has cheddar cheese, making the taste richer! The donburi also comes with an onsen egg and a slice of caramelized pineapple, with a generous portion.

🔸Beef Donburi + Inari Soup Udon $73
Indecisive me chose this combo, which includes both beef donburi and udon. The udon has a chewy texture, and the soup base is quite flavorful. The beef donburi portion is also generous, and the rice mixed with the sauce tastes even more delicious.

🔸Karaage Fried Squid Tentacles $33 / Karaage Crispy Fried Chicken $33 / Buttered Corn Kernels $16
The fried items here are made to order. The squid tentacles have a perfectly balanced batter thickness, and the fried chicken pieces are juicy! The corn kernels are full of buttery aroma, making them a great snack choice.
