I recommend calling ahead to make reservations. Even on weekdays, even after 7pm, there's a wait, especially for booths, which require reservations. ☎️

Most skewers are $10-20 per skewer, which is a good deal compared to other skewers. ✌🏻The food is good quality, with a wide variety of options. They offer other side dishes besides skewers. 🥗The only problem is that I got a little hungry waiting for the first skewers. 🤣

🐓Chicken and Green Onion Skewers Seeing it was only $10 per skewer, I ordered it immediately. 😏 The scallions were perfectly charred and juicy. 💦 The chicken was also perfectly charred with the sauce, and the flavor was sweet. 🍬

🐖Miso Matsusaka Pork
It tasted familiar, a bit like char siu. 😂 The skewers had a lot of transparent fat, but they weren't greasy at all. 👍🏻

🐖Salt-grilled Lychee Rolls
I always order them when I go skewers. The pork slices are grilled until semi-dry and paired with the sweet and juicy lychees, a perfect match. 😎

🍗Deep-fried boneless chicken wings with a Japanese secret sauce
What a surprise! 🤩 They actually had a scallion in the chicken wings, which released some juice after frying, making the chicken tender. The wings are juicy and not dry at all 😙

🐄Curry Ox Tongue Pineapple Bun
I saw a lot of recommendations online and ordered it, and it was delicious. 👌🏻 The tongue was cooked soft and had a nice beefy flavor. 🐮 The curry was surprisingly Indonesian, with a stronger coconut flavor, which surprisingly went well with the tongue. 😳 Paired with the pineapple bun and sunny-side-up egg, it was a complete feast. 🤭
