New Year Check-in & Market🪭 'Tai Wai Living Festival'

As the Lunar New Year approaches, I've been frequently going out to prepare for the festivities. Passing by The Wai, I was truly impressed by their design concept for this year's 'Tai Wai Living Festival'! 🫢 It not only has a New Year atmosphere but also a rich traditional culture of Tai Wai. In the atrium on L2 of The Wai, there are displays showcasing everything from origins, food, festivals to attractions, all thoughtfully arranged! 🪭🏮

Here are some recommended photo spots for everyone:
✅ Must-take photo with the giant peach blossom tree 🌸, which is very eye-catching.
✅ Prosperity flower plaque installation 🎏, which brings a festive and auspicious feeling. Remember to check out the back of the installation, which displays photos of Tai Wai life, showing different aspects of Tai Wai.
✅ 'Tai Wai Flavors' recreates the traditional Wai village kitchen scene, with realistic models of hand-made rice cakes and tea cakes, making me really want to find a place to buy some tea cakes to eat 🤣
✅ Tai Wai Cultural Experience Zone has a Wai village check-in spot, introducing the lantern lighting ceremony 🪄, 'Wai Tau dialect', and precious photos of traditional festival activities.

Don't forget to visit the New Year Wai Lifestyle Market on L4 🪅. The market gathers many local handmade and illustrator works. The Wai has also specially invited artist JasonTommy to design windmill souvenirs for the event 🎁

From now until March 2, there are also cultural experience workshops arranged on weekends. Everyone, come to The Wai to check in, explore various aspects of Tai Wai life, and bring home the full New Year blessings! 🥰🧧
