Wan Chai High Quality Korean BBQ Special Menu

On the last day before the New Year, of course I had to go for a good meal, so my friend came to this restaurant in Wanchai after work. After sitting down, the clerk first served several kinds of kimchi, spicy and very appetizing, one of which contains more mussels, mussels, squid and other seafood, very characteristic.

Seeing that many tables had ordered their Special Menu ($1588), we decided to follow suit. The barbecue included wagyu beef, eel, beef tongue, pork belly, bone-picking chicken wings and fruit sauce chicken legs. In addition, there are three Korean dishes: seafood pancakes, traditional stone pot rice and half and half fried chicken.

The overall quality of the meat is good. There are two parts of Wagyu beef. Each piece is very large. The meat is not too fat, but the meat is still very tender. The meat is very heavy and the meat flavor is very rich. The beef tongue is very refreshing and bouncy, the pork belly is grilled until the surface is crispy and crispy, the chicken wings are boneless and very tender, the fruit sauce chicken leg is very tasty and tastes sweet.

We also added a separate Korean lettuce bun with homemade bean paste ($38).

In addition to the meat, there were also large pieces of eel. The eel is thick, the meat is bouncy and has no bones. The fish skin is grilled to a crispy surface. It's great with eel sauce.

Seafood pancakes
The pancakes are moderately portioned, not too thick and filling, and contain several seafood.

Traditional stone pot rice
The hot stone pot rice is topped with many different vegetables as ingredients, and after mixing with spicy sauce, it is full of Korean traditional flavor. The stone pot is hot enough so there are still crispy rice crumbs at the bottom of the rice.

Half and half fried chicken
The two flavors of fried chicken, the original because there is no sauce, the crust is very crispy, making the outside crispy and tender inside, the sweet and spicy sauce flavor is sweet and spicy enough to taste.

Citrus Soda $55 / Grapefruit Lactic Soda $50
There is fresh fruit flesh inside the soda, which is fruity but not too sweet. It is cold and refreshing, perfect for drinking while grilling meat.

蜜糖冰淇淋 $52@
Finally, of course, there is no shortage of dessert, smooth soft ice cream with honeycomb.
