Yuen Long BBQ Paradise, Can't Stop Eating

Today I went to YAKINIKU KAKURA (Yuen Dim) BBQ restaurant, and I’m really so happy! 😍😍 The BBQ maintains its high quality as always, truly excellent! 👍👍

We chose the Omakase - $498 (minimum 2 people), and the dishes inside were really abundant and exciting! 🍽️✨

For appetizers, there were salad and kimchi (cucumber, kimchi, radish), fresh and very appetizing! 🥗🥒

For BBQ, a large plate of grilled Kuroge Wagyu sirloin, the staff recommended we cook it to medium rare and pair it with a soft-boiled egg. The texture was top-notch, truly a delight! 😍💖

The selected Kuroge Wagyu had a perfect balance of fat and meat quality. After grilling, the juices were completely locked in, making the texture incredibly smooth and intoxicating! 🥩🔥

There was also beef tongue, chicken, and two big prawns, really abundant! 🦐✨

Paired with two bowls of cold noodles, the noodles were thin and chewy, super refreshing to eat! 🍜👍

Finally, for dessert, there was almond jelly and vanilla snow mochi. The almond jelly was really delicious, melting in your mouth and leaving a lasting impression! 🍮😋

Overall, today’s BBQ experience was very satisfying, looking forward to coming again!
