Alva House at Dorsett Tsuen Wan recently teamed up with KMB to launch
the brand-new "‘Bus’ All-in-One · Hong Kong Style Feast Buffet Dinner" 🚌
Never imagined what it would be like to have KMB as the theme for a buffet
When you enter the restaurant, you’ll see plenty of KMB merchandise and thoughtful decorations.
The different food stations are displayed as KMB bus stop signs —
such as the dessert station, seafood station, hot dishes station, drinks station, and more.
There’s also a series of uniquely shaped desserts,
plus nostalgic Hong Kong-style dishes and handmade dishes made with premium ingredients.
The promotion runs from now until August 31. KMB fans definitely should try it.

Chef’s Special Recommendations
✨ Eight Treasure Duck — Tender duck meat infused with savory flavors, stuffed with glutinous rice, lotus seeds, shiitake mushrooms, and more. Soft and slightly sweet in every bite.
✨ Cheese Baked Lobster — Lobster meat is thick and springy with full freshness, topped with slightly charred cheese that’s rich and creamy with a hint of saltiness.
✨ Golden Fried Crab Claws — Crispy on the outside, juicy and sweet crab meat inside. Every bite reveals the delicate and fresh crab meat fibers.
✨ Crispy Fried Japanese Melon with 3.6 Milk — The outer layer is crispy and fragrant, while the inside melon milk is fresh and rich, sweet but not greasy.
✨ Fresh Crab Meat with Ham Shark Fin Soup (March-June) / Aged Tangerine Peel Duck Soup (June-August)
The salty ham enhances the sweet fresh crab meat, and the shark fin soup base is rich and mellow.

The fish maw is thick and smooth, absorbing the rich and savory oyster sauce.
It has a full gelatinous texture, both nourishing and luxurious~
✨ Themed KMB Shaped Desserts
Besides Häagen-Dazs and Thai milk tea ice cream with tapioca pearls,
the KMB-shaped desserts are a must-try. Each one is eye-catching and playful,
such as orange liqueur almond cake bus, KMB honey yogurt cake, KMB coin box-shaped white chocolate raspberry cake, mango Hokkaido milk pudding, premium bus Valrhona 70% chocolate lava cake, bus-shaped pistachio vanilla Napoleon, and more.
The bus stamp cheese tart is especially unique, with Earl Grey milk chocolate flavor.
Personally, I recommend the milk pudding for its light texture and balanced sweetness🌟

Live demonstration of slicing yellowtail amberjack — limited to 3 slices per person.
The meat is firm and crisp, with a fresh and sweet fish flavor and a subtle sweetness.
Every bite is filled with the aroma of fish oil.

The first thing I did was rush to get freshly grilled duck liver.
The outside is slightly charred, the inside moist and smooth, melting in your mouth.
The fat is rich and fragrant with a subtle smoky aroma. Perfect!
🌟 Robatayaki / Japanese Tempura
Every skewer has a charcoal aroma — including grilled pork belly, eel, zucchini, eggplant, mackerel, and more;
for fried items, the batter is very thin.
I especially like the squid ink fried chicken wings. Although they look dark and solid, they taste great.
