Hong Kong Sha Tin Science Park Seaside Restaurant Away from the Hustle and Bustle

Hong Kong Science Park is always a great spot for cycling and dining on holidays. Taking advantage of the weekend, we visited Harbourview Grill located by the seaside. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The outdoor seating is pet-friendly, so you can bring your dog. The space is more open, with a distant view of Tolo Harbour’s sea scenery, offering a charming vista. Inside, the ceiling is high, the area spacious, and the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. The menu has a wide variety of choices, and every Monday evening, there is a buy-one-get-one-free offer on any pizza, pasta, or salad.

Mexican Quesadilla $128
The classic quesadilla has a crispy yet slightly chewy crust, retaining the simple aroma of flour. Topped with sour cream, guacamole, and tomato salsa, it exudes a strong Central and South American exotic flavor. The quesadilla is filled with chicken and cheese, which melts from the heat of baking, delivering an endless cheesy taste.

New Orleans Pizza $158
The pizza is large and hot out of the oven. The American-style thin crust is thinner and crispier than traditional Italian Neapolitan pizza. It is richly topped with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, potatoes, sour cream, and sweet chili sauce, offering a mildly spicy and flavorful taste, along with an enticing cheese pull.

Grilled Beef Burger $168
A classic basic burger with a thick beef patty, lettuce, onion, and tomato. For an extra $10, you can add crispy bacon. The bun is baked to a light crisp on the outside, soft and elastic inside, with a slightly sweet buttery aroma. The beef patty is rich in beef flavor, firm and bouncy in texture, seared to a fragrant crust while locking in the juices. The fries are golden and crispy.

Chocolate Lava Cake $98
Enjoy the warm lava cake with vanilla ice cream for a hot and cold sensory experience. Cutting through the crispy surface slowly releases the rich, bittersweet molten chocolate sauce.

The Blue Mist $68
Happy Hour is from 3-8pm. When served, rosemary is lit to add a deep smoky aroma. The gin and tonic mixed with butterfly pea flower has a gorgeous color and a refreshing, thirst-quenching taste.
