Free rush! A must-see Bronze Age exhibition in Hong Kong, a once-in-a-lifetime bronze feast

Help! The Hong Kong Museum of History’s Bronze Age exhibition is a dream paradise for artifact lovers✨ The best part is it’s completely free to enter, and you can get up close to exquisite bronzes from 3,000 to 4,000 years ago—this is a total steal!

Never before have so many bronzes been gathered in one place; most exhibitions usually show only two or three pieces, but this time it’s a visual feast! Besides admiring the rustic beauty, you’ll also pick up tons of fascinating trivia🧐 It turns out the number of “ding” vessels used in banquets varied by social class, the shape of the “jue” wine vessel hides secret meanings, and there are super cute animal-shaped containers—ancient people’s childlike spirit is just adorable~ The ultra-thin craftsmanship of the pottery is also astonishing, showcasing the advanced skills of the time!

There’s a free guided tour every day at 3 PM (remember to register one hour in advance!), where you can deeply understand the stories behind the artifacts~ There’s also a free “oracle bone script” tote bag DIY activity on site, with all materials provided—taking one home makes a meaningful souvenir! The exhibition runs only until July 8, right opposite the entrance of the Science Museum in Tsim Sha Tsui. Missing it would be a huge regret! Hurry and bring your friends to this millennia-old appointment~
