Went with family on the weekend to try the new private kitchen in Causeway Bay~🍽️ Ju Xing Ju✨!
The chef won the championship in the youth category of the "Global Chef Elite Selection Hong Kong Station." The menu features classic Cantonese dishes as well as many creative options.
The restaurant has an elegant environment and a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings. Especially on Wednesdays and Saturdays, there are live singer performances, creating a great vibe!🎤
🍽️ Crispy Scallion Braised 6-Head Abalone 1 piece/$128:
The abalone meat is tender, fresh, and springy, paired with the aroma of crispy scallions, offering distinct layers of texture, making it a great appetizer!
🍤 Golden Sand Burdock Shrimp/$288
The fresh shrimp has a crisp texture, fried to a golden crisp on the outside. The golden sand coating is creamy, perfectly blending the aroma with the shrimp’s sweetness, very satisfying in one bite.
🍍 Pineapple Black Vinegar Matsusaka Pork/$148:
The Matsusaka pork is perfectly marinated, tender in texture, paired with black vinegar that has just the right balance of sweet and sour, rich in flavor. Eating it with pineapple helps reduce greasiness.
