Enjoy Italian Cuisine with Ease

To bid farewell to a friend, we came to BluHouse at the Rosewood Hotel.

This is a casual restaurant full of Italian street vibes, with an open and comfortable environment, featuring semi-outdoor seating that offers a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour.

The restaurant specializes in authentic Italian dishes, among which the Rigatoni alla Carbonara is made with egg yolk, smoked pork cheek, and goat cheese, delivering a rich flavor. The rigatoni is cooked al dente, savory and delicious.

Another signature dish is the Roman-style square thin-crust pizza, baked to order, with a crispy and light crust and abundant toppings.

After the meal, choose a piece of Delizia Al Limone from the dessert display. Its sweet and sour taste is a perfect ending and a delightful experience, most importantly, the guest of honor was very satisfied.
