In the area around Luther Street and Ha Ba Street in Tsuen Wan, many dessert shops have sprung up, and one of the rising stars is Sweetheart: this dessert shop specializes in coconut-related desserts and has recently added summer treats like Tiramisu and pure water snow ice.

I simply ordered a coconut fresh fruit with ice cream; the watermelon and banana were very fresh, and inside the coconut was a thick layer of coconut water jelly, which not only added a refreshing sweetness but also enhanced the texture of the entire dessert!
