Three-ingredient noodle soup was a bit disappointing

Boneless Hainanese chicken with turmeric rice, have eaten many times and always find it very delicious
$48 great value with drink included, chicken is tender and flavorful
This time tried the custom three-ingredient noodles
Chose tom yum soup base, pork neck, fatty beef, mackerel fish balls with rice noodles
A bit disappointing, the soup base clearly used powder or sauce to make it
Definitely not made with real ingredients simmered
The whole bowl of noodles had no vegetables, not even a single scallion, completely no plating effort
Fried pork neck was also a bit dry, the fatty beef slices were not too fatty but quite large
Mackerel fish balls were a pleasant surprise, quite tasty 👍🏻
