A century-old tea house lands in Tsim Sha Tsui 🫖

Lin Heung Tea House is a famous century-old tea house known for its dim sum carts and nostalgic tea culture. It recently opened a branch in Tsim Sha Tsui, and it’s a 24-hour restaurant! You can enjoy dim sum anytime, anywhere! The restaurant has two floors, spacious and comfortable, and most importantly, it preserves the traditional Hong Kong tea house culture, even featuring dim sum carts, full of authentic flavor.

You must try their nostalgic dim sum, such as fresh pork liver siu mai and nostalgic money chicken—these specialty dim sums are rare to find. Fresh pork liver requires a complicated preparation process, making it delicious and generous in portion. It was my first time trying money chicken, which is made by combining ice meat, lean meat, and chicken liver, giving it a very unique texture! There are also many other specialty dim sums—fish maw and shark fin soup dumplings, scallop dumplings, xiao long bao, shrimp dumplings, all served hot and tasty!

For the roasted meat platter, you can choose your own combination. I ordered char siu and roasted pork belly! The roasted goose has crispy skin and tender, juicy meat; the char siu is half fat and half lean, roasted to a crispy exterior, very delicious; the roasted pork belly has crispy skin and tender meat, with a perfect balance of fat and lean, rich in flavor.

Finally, for dessert, I ordered coconut bird’s nest double-boiled fresh milk, which is fragrant, sweet, nourishing, and delicious.
