Exquisite Four-Course Lunch

For lunch, I chose the four-course set meal. The food is exquisite, and the restaurant environment is great, perfect for leisurely enjoying a lunch!

First, there was bread 🥖 with a crispy outside and soft inside. Then for the appetizer, I chose Spanish octopus with Dutch black tomatoes 🐙🍅. The presentation was exquisite. The octopus paired with the black tomatoes, which were fresh and sweet, making it very appetizing. Smoked salmon with tender spinach rolls and French green asparagus: the salmon was fresh and tender, and the spinach rolls were thoughtfully crafted. The taste and texture were refreshing!

For soup, I chose the lobster bisque with puff pastry: the puff pastry was crispy, the lobster soup was rich and flavorful, with a smooth texture full of freshness 🦞. There was also chickpea chicken soup with tomato puree.

For the main course, the red charcoal-grilled Australian M5 sirloin steak 🥩 was cooked perfectly, with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy meat inside. The medium-rare doneness was just right. The aroma of the red charcoal grilling enhanced the beef’s flavor. The red charcoal-grilled fresh Sanhuang chicken: the skin was roasted crispy, and the chicken was quite tender 🐔🔥.

Dessert of the day: blueberry yogurt mousse cake with coconut mousse and mango sauce. The cake was light in texture and fresh in flavor. The coconut mousse and mango sauce were full of tropical vibes 🍰🥭.
