✨ This time, I’m introducing and recommending a Japanese restaurant called Kinshuya located in Lai Chi Kok. We came here for lunch, and it was a bit quiet on a holiday noon. The environment is quite nice, and the service is polite. This restaurant has received many positive reviews online. Also, the dishes are presented very delicately and are very appealing to us food reviewers who love to do the “camera first, eat later” signature move 😍
✨️ The two of us ordered two sets: the “Salmon Crab Donburi” and the “Kin Donburi with Sea Urchin, Salmon Roe, Toro Mousse, served with Inaniwa Udon.”
✨️ First, sharing the “Kin Donburi with Sea Urchin, Salmon Roe, Toro Mousse, served with Inaniwa Udon” set. The presentation is really beautiful and very attractive 😍 The sea urchin is very generous, arranged in a circle with three large pieces, which is quite special 👍 The sea urchin tastes fresh and sweet, giving a very fresh feeling, with high cost-performance value. The salmon roe covers the entire bowl of rice, making it more appetizing with every bite. The toro mousse is also 💯 The Inaniwa udon is a mini version but still delicious, and the soup base is just right 🥰
✨️ Next, sharing the “Salmon Crab Donburi,” which is half salmon and half crab roe. The salmon is cut into large pieces with a nice texture 😍 Very generous and definitely worth the price 👍
✨️ You can add sashimi for an extra charge. This time, we added salmon sashimi and red shrimp sashimi because we wanted to try their sashimi since it’s a rare visit 🤣 They focus a lot on plating, making the presentation very beautiful 💕 The salmon is thickly sliced and served fresh with a mild flavor, definitely worth eating 🥳
