The best choice for birthday celebrations - a top-notch French restaurant in Causeway Bay

On my brother's birthday, as always, we celebrated at a French restaurant in Causeway Bay. I love this restaurant because the presentation of all the dishes is exquisite and refined, and the ingredients are all fresh and high-quality. But the desserts are the most impressive; they never disappoint.

This dish is quite unique. At first glance at the menu, I wouldn't have guessed it was deep-fried, but it was incredibly crispy and layered, yet not too greasy. The peach sorbet was refreshing and smooth.
