The environment is comfortable and pleasant

💦 The chilled seafood section includes three options: chilled cooked shrimp, fresh clams, and golden whelks. The presentation looks decent, and the taste is fresh and sweet, with good quality overall.

As for abalone, all dishes are cooked🔥, and there are quite a few options, such as Abalone and Crab Meat Mousse Puff, Abalone Wonton Chicken Soup, Braised Duck Web with Abalone Sauce and Mushrooms, and Abalone Seafood Fried Udon. The Abalone Wonton Chicken Soup is constantly refilled, with a rich and flavorful broth, and each bowl comes with abalone and chicken wontons. The most popular dish seems to be the Braised Duck Web with Abalone Sauce and Mushrooms, where the duck web and mushrooms are well-coated in sauce and tender. The Abalone Seafood Fried Udon is stir-fried on the spot, featuring abalone and squid, with well-balanced seasoning and a flavorful taste.

For bird's nest, all options are desserts. Surprisingly, there are quite a variety of desserts, and their presentation is appealing. I tried most of them, and the cakes are soft, not overly sweet, and taste good.

The most surprising item was the freshly made pistachio soufflé pancake. The pancake had a light and airy texture, though the pistachio flavor wasn't very strong.

🍨 There are eight flavors of Häagen-Dazs ice cream, which is rare for an afternoon tea buffet. Some highly recommended flavors include 🤩 Caramel Biscuit, Pistachio, and Tiramisu. Häagen-Dazs ice cream tends to be on the sweeter side but comes with plenty of mix-ins, like caramel biscuit chunks and pistachio bits. Additionally, there are toppings you can add yourself, such as gummies, almond slices, and crispy bits.
