I took advantage of the holiday to go shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui with my family. My friend had been to a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown before, so I went to try it. The restaurant is quite open, daylight showers in quite nice, comfortable seating.
Drunken chicken with flower wine 🐣
The flavour is very strong, the meat is very smooth, the chicken skin when eaten cold is very good, jelly-like.
Camphor tea duck🦆
My parents like this dish the most. The duck is smoked dry, it doesn't feel greasy, and it tastes very crispy. And the duck meat is very seasoned, no need to order sauce is enough flavor, eat very delicious. The next few bun shapes are very special.
Leek and yellow clam paste
The lobster meat is thready, the quantity is not small, and has been sun-dried, with a lot of leek stir-fried together, delicious.
Stir-fried green beans
Every time I eat Shanghainese food, I always order green beans. I eat so much meat and eat some vegetables to neutralize it. The green beans and minced meat are stir-fried together very fragrant, with a little chili to enhance the flavor.
