Seoraksan National Park

Winner of Seorak_Post-hike Hot Springs and Healing_Complete Sokcho Trip
Recovering from a tiring hike is paramount, and I concluded my trip at Cheoksan Hot Springs, located near Seoraksan National Park. Cheoksan Hot Springs' natural water, at 53℃, is unheated, which made my anticipation even greater. Soaking in the warm waters felt like all the fatigue from the hike was completely washed away. Relaxing with my group in the open-air footbath, enjoying the cool autumn breeze, was truly a healing experience. There's also a footbath park, which is free to use, making it a great place to stop by. Seoraksan is a great destination for a trip that combines natural beauty with the surrounding historical temples like Sinheungsa Temple and Naksansa Temple, and the bountiful culinary delights of Sokcho Central Market and Abai Village. With its four seasons of hiking, fall foliage, hot springs, and the ocean, Seoraksan is a captivating destination, perfect for any Gangwon-do trip.
