A sunny day, a heavenly taste of Kaimak!

I skipped the precious hostel breakfast and rushed out to try the heavenly kaymak featured on Baek Jong-won's Street Food Fighter!
Located in a quiet alleyway quite a distance from the city center, this place is a quiet and ordinary dairy shop. 🥛🧀
It used to be an ordinary shop, but after Baek Jong-won stopped by,
the number of Korean customers increased dramatically.
The owner sat next to me and watched his appearance on the show for a long time, happily.
I've been eagerly awaiting this kaymak since Korea.
Kaymak is made from raw milk, not regular milk,
so it's not only difficult to obtain, but also unaffordable, making it unavailable in Korea.
It's said that only 400g is produced from 400kg of raw milk.
Is it truly heavenly?
It's so smooth and sweet, it melts in your mouth.
It tastes like yogurt, but with a light, non-greasy whipped cream
mixed with honey and eaten with bread!! It's definitely different from regular whipped cream or heavy cream.
Dip the honey and kaymak mixture into the crispy bread,
and slurp down the warm, freshly poured milk.
It makes me miss Turkey.
I want to go on another bread pilgrimage to Turkey!
It's hard to find in Korea, so I miss it even more.
