Izu Panorama Park-Bise Observatory

Izu Panorama Park is a large-scale viewing facility that combines an aerial cable car, an observatory, a cafe, a foot bath and a nature trail. On the top of the mountain are:
Azure Observatory: overlooking Mount Fuji and Suruga Bay;
Fujimi Open-air Foot Bath: soak your feet while enjoying Mount Fuji;
Sky Cafe (Sky Terrace): with seats and light meals and drinks
From Izu Nagaoka Station (Izu Hakone Railway): about 10 minutes by taxi, or about 15 minutes by "Tokai Bus (パノラマパーク线)"
There were a lot of people there early in the morning. I couldn't stay there for too long because of time constraints that day. Mount Fuji was also blocked by clouds and I didn't see it. If I go to Izu next time, I will go there again~

The cable car operates about every 5-10 minutes (3 minutes one way)
