Dali is about to become a popular niche travel destination

I found another good place to go in Dali in spring, and I was able to take pictures from the angle used in the movie "The Fault in Our Stars". There were few people and the scenery was beautiful, and the Erhai Lake was flat.

It is a 1.5-hour drive from Dali Ancient Town. The more photogenic area is near Guandeng Village. You can drive to the dirt road near the lake, and then walk down to the soft grass and some trees by the lake. It is very relaxing and quiet, and it is especially suitable for camping.
In this season, it is so pleasant to lie under the canopy and watch the breeze blowing across the lake.

Jianhu Lake is not far from Jianchuan Ancient City. You can go there to visit the ancient city. The atmosphere is still very lively and most of the people living there are locals.
