A Vibrant Nightlife and Photographer's Paradise

I visited Wuzhen when I was in Hangzhou a few years ago, but I haven't been to Xitang, which is equally popular as Wuzhen. This time, I finally had the chance to experience it firsthand.
🌈 Scenery:
It's said that the Covered Corridor is the unique architectural landmark of Xitang. With shimmering river water on one side and quaint shops on the other, it has a distinctive charm. However, perhaps because of the rain, Xitang felt a bit desolate. We also encountered construction work, which significantly diminished the overall experience. Strangely enough, the photos we took turned out quite nice.
We had a meal there and walked around for about 3-4 hours. It's said that Xitang becomes very lively at night, but due to our schedule, we had to skip that.
Overall, Xitang has become quite commercialized, with various shops lining both sides. After walking around, we only took some photos by the small bridges and flowing water. The entertainment value is average. I wonder if it would be livelier when the weather gets warmer.
