The receptionists are super enthusiastic, helping with luggage, delivering breakfast coupons, and even providing a free room upgrade. They proactively contacted me before check-in to record my license plate number, making the check-in process quick and efficient. Upon check-out, they even gifted a local Shandong specialty, Gaoling Yi, as a souvenir, adding a special touch.

The Shandong cuisine in the hotel restaurant is truly commendable. The sweet and sour yellow croaker, stir-fried kidney flowers, and Dongpo pork are all particularly delicious. The breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes to satisfy different tastes. The restaurant environment is elegant, the service is attentive, and the dining experience is delightful.
