For just 50 yen you can enter the womb of the Great Buddha!

Casting is a method of making vessels by melting metal with heat and pouring it into a mold. The Great Buddha of Kamakura was also cast in this way. The interior is hollow, and I was impressed by the advanced technology used to make it.
