[Kanazawa] Shopping at a Kaga-fu specialty store

Fumuroya is famous for its Kaga-fu specialty store.

There are several stores, but if you're visiting while sightseeing, we recommend the store in Higashi Chaya District.

Not only do they sell fu itself, but they also have a wide variety of fu products, such as soups that you can make just by pouring hot water and fu rusks.

Many of the products are perfect as gifts, so they're also recommended as souvenirs from Kanazawa.

Next door is a cafe where you can enjoy sweets made with fu.
