Wisteria Garden

The garden opened this year on April 19, and we visited on April 20, but it was still a bit early—another week is needed for the flowers to fully bloom. It was drizzling lightly, and there weren’t too many people around. Almost everyone arrived in their own cars. The fragrance was already fantastic. Admission was 500 yen since it was still early in the season; during peak bloom, it will be 1,500 yen. Reservations are required in advance—I booked through the official website. A taxi ride from Space World Station takes about 20 minutes and costs around 3,000 yen. The reservoir along the way is incredibly beautiful.
