[Hyogo/Kobe] The million-dollar night view of Mt. Rokko

I went to see the million-dollar night view of Mt. Rokko in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture 🙌 I was finally able to see the famous night view that I had always wanted to see ✨ I arrived before sunset, waited for the sun to go down at a cafe on Mt. Rokko, and at around 19:20 it finally got dark and the lights of the buildings started to come on ✨ I usually live in Nagoya, so I should be used to seeing the night view of the buildings, but the night view from the mountain was really beautiful 🙌 It was still summer, but it was cold at night 🥺 It's a night view that you should see at least once in your life ✨
