Koh Wai in Trat province is located just 40 minutes away from Koh Chang. You can take a boat from Bang Bao Pier on Koh Chang, or you can also come from Laem Ngop district (Laem Ngop Royal Navy Pier). I must say, if you want to see beautiful, vibrant corals, you will have to go a bit far from the beach. Most of them are staghorn corals and bushy corals, but you have to be careful of sea urchins as well because this area is quite abundant with them.
