During my trip to Kitakyushu, I found a bustling restaurant about a 5-minute walk from Kokura Station that caught my attention, so I decided to check it out☺️

This is a specialty restaurant offering a new style of meat dish called "Takimiku" 🐮

Originating from Kagoshima, "Takimiku" involves simmering meat and vegetables in a special sauce, making it both healthy and high in protein❣️

What’s more, this restaurant uses "Kamui Beef," which is delivered directly from the supplier and is incredibly fresh 🥹✨

First of all, the quality of the appetizer was so high that I was amazed 🥹✨

The "Takimiku" is packed with Kamui Beef, vegetables, and seafood♡
The flavors of the ingredients seep into the soup, and the taste deepens as you continue eating 🤤

In addition to the special sauce, there’s also ponzu, which is refreshing and pairs perfectly❣️

For the finishing touch, you can enjoy both udon and rice porridge. Adding curry powder and cheese transforms it into a baked curry-style dish 🍛💕

This curry porridge was absolutely delicious♡

As for the steak, it’s made with premium Kagoshima Black Beef, offering a quality comparable to that of a specialty steakhouse 🥩

While the sirloin is a safe choice, personally, I loved the clod steak for its perfect balance of lean meat and marbling 🐮💕
It was so tender and irresistible 🤤🤤🤤

The portions are generous, leaving you completely satisfied, but since it’s healthy, there’s no guilt 🙆♀️
It was absolutely amazing 🥹✨
