Visit the Japanese Sake Museum - Jinling Brewery

There is a Japanese sake museum in Kotohira, Kagawa Prefecture. The signature is ‘’Jinling Brewing Yuan’’, which is said to have a 300-year history of sake brewing. The distillery retains the brewing equipment of the past, recreating the ancient processes of washing, stacking and fermenting rice, allowing travelers to understand the process of refining white rice into sake. Various sakes are also sold, even high-concentration disinfectant alcohol.
