Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam, Krabi Province

Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam, Krabi Province
.
Why is it called Khlong Song Nam..??

Because the source of the water here is a spring on Khao Chong Phra Kaew. The end of the water in this canal flows into the Andaman Sea. When the tide is low, fresh water from the canal flows into the sea, making this canal a freshwater canal. The water in the canal is as clear as a mirror, a beautiful blue-green color.
.
When the tide is high, seawater flows into the canal, making the canal salty and brackish. The water is murky. This is the origin of the name "Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam", which is both a freshwater canal and a saltwater canal.
