We found this lovely gem here in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, this restaurant is just newly opened around July 2024 and it is inside Crowne Plaza.

I find it very strategic as this restaurant is overlooking the city view with al-fresco area. They do serve all different range of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. Reckon that is celebrate oktoberfest here would be very memorable!
