There is Buggy to transport guests to Suria KLCC at the main lobby, this is great treatment being provided by Trader Hotel.
My package was come with accessibility of Trader Club Lounge, free breakfast either can access to lobby restaurant names as BoGo or Trader Club Lounge from 6:30am to 10:30am.
Free soft drinks and cookies to be provided through out the whole day, cocktails from 5pm to 7pm.
Facilities: Swimming pool， gymnasium, sky bar, swimming pool will be closed at 7pm, it will converted to sky bar at night time.

My package was included free accessibility to Trader club lounge, one of the bad points are the front desk staff or the instructions on the notice did not mention there is tea time at 14:00 to 16:00.
It's great that swimming pool has provided the towel for guests who come for swimming, I don't understand why those towels limited to 2 towels per room, it seems like not thinking of family who come with kids. Besides, why the towel is not allowed to bring it to the room, this is normal practice to most of the hotel in the world.
Check out time was too long, the reason behind was the check-in and check-out sharing the same counter. I have encountered bad experienced during my check-out, there were four counters in total, I was lined up right in front of one of the counters, unfortunately when come to my turn, the front desk staff called for another guy who was standing right in front of another counter, I was shocked why such things happened, there was no proper arrangement at all.
