🐴This izakaya is really popular! When I went there for dinner on weekday evenings, the restaurant was almost full. From what I observed, there were not many tourists. Most of the customers were local residents, which shows how popular it is! Even so, I could still sense my friends' hesitation about the signature dish, "Special Grade Horse Meat Sashimi". After all, eating raw horse meat is still a novel challenge for many people. We compromised and ordered the teppanyaki horse meat. The meat was tender, the fat was evenly distributed, the taste was rich, and it was very delicious!

🐴In addition to horse meat dishes, the fried horse mackerel in the store also impressed me. The thick fish meat has a great texture and is paired with Tosa soy sauce and suju, which is refreshing and delicious. Other dishes like vegetable kamameshi, wasabi lotus root, and other side dishes are also very delicious!

🐴The store provides box-style seats, which are very suitable for a group of friends to dine together. You can imagine how lively it will be here on Christmas Eve. The service staff is friendly, the food is served quickly, and there are many wine choices. Next time I come to Kumamoto, I will definitely come to this izakaya again!
