Red Lotus Sea, Nong Han, Kumphawapi is a famous natural tourist attraction in Udon Thani Province, especially during the winter when red lotus flowers bloom all over Nong Han Lake, a large freshwater lake covering an area of ​​approximately 22,500 rai. Red lotus flowers start blooming from December to early March of each year. Tourists can take a boat trip to see the Red Lotus Sea at Ban Diem Pier, Chiang Wae Subdistrict, Kumphawapi District. The boat trip takes approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

🚗 Travel: Red Lotus Sea is approximately 45 kilometers from Udon Thani city center. You can travel by taking Highway No. 2 (Udon Thani-Kumphawapi) to kilometer 26, then turn left onto Huai Sam Phat-Prachaksilpakom District for approximately 18 kilometers.
