Located in Kwun Tong Plaza, Principal BBQ Japanese and Korean Cuisine has a spacious setting with plenty of booths. Each table is equipped with both a hotpot and a BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy BBQ and hotpot simultaneously for a double delight. You can eat for two hours, making it a great value.
The BBQ offers a wide selection of meats, some marinated, including beef, pork, chicken, seafood, and sausages. The chicken wings are large and meaty, and the pork belly and ribs are very succulent. There are also various vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, and pumpkin, as well as sweet and juicy pineapple slices. The ingredients are quite abundant.
